In addition to the online registration, GFL requires a hard-copy registration form, a GFL Physical and a GFL COVID Parent Waiver to be completed and turned in prior to participation in any physical activity (early work outs, camp, practice, etc). These documents can be found for download below.

2023 GFL SEASON INFO

Walk-Up Registration and Uniform Fittings will take place  at MVHS Football Field House.  Time 10am-2pm, Dates: March 11, May 13, June 2. We highly encourage you to register online prior to attending either. 

Please be sure to read the information below regarding Birth Certificates, Physicals, and Helmets.

Birth Certificates and Physicals

If you did not play football at MVAA last season we will need you to bring to registration an original birth certificate and a copy of the original certificate. A GFL rep will verify the original and return it to you immediately. We will keep the copy for our records.  If you played at MVAA last season we already have you on file. 

All players are required to have a sports physical completed before practice begins.  No player will be allowed on the field until their physical is presented to the team mom. All physicals must be filled out on the GFL Physical Form and must be signed by a doctor that is either a MD, DO, PA or NP only.  Download the 2023 GFL Physical Form (pdf).

Helmets and Equipment

Mountain View players wear Matte Black Helmets - Elite Sports has several helmet and shoulder pad specials. Elite is the only retailer we know of around Dacula that is carrying Matte Black Helmets. If MV helmet sticker is needed it will be provided by MVAA. 

• Reversible game jersey and practice jersey will be provided by MVAA.  
• Black game pants and mouthpiece with a tether, will be needed and are provided by parents.  

Payment Plan Options, Late Fees and Scholarship Opportunities

Payment Plans
Payment plan consists of four (4) Installments which recur every 30 days. Installment payments are required to have a credit card on file. Please note that a service fee will apply to credit card payments.  Payment plans are available at the first Walk Up registration (March 11) only.

Late Fee
A $25 late fee will be assessed for any account with an outstanding balance after June 20. 

Refund Policy
MVAA has a "No Refund" Policy. Once payment is made, we do not issue refunds except for player health or moving out of the area reasons. If a cancellation is made to registration, a 5% of total order Cancellation Fee will apply.

Scholarships
GCPR Athletic Scholarship- Application Deadline is May 9. Due to the late deadline, all MVAA applicants must pay all fees for reimbursement upon notification of Scholarship Award from Gwinnett Parks Foundation. The application can be found in the "Important Documents" section on the left side of this page.
